How is Pack 95 doing? Are we everything you thought we would be? Do you wish we would change some things? Do you feel like your voice is not being heard? Well here is your chance to let us know! This is our first satisfaction survey! Please feel free to answer anonymously if you would like. We want the good and bad of what we are doing so please do not feel like you can't tell us, we want to know.

 

You will be presented with a section for each event. Please rank from 1 - 5 or 0 if you did not attend. Please let us know what you liked or didn't like about an event or if you did not attend, was there something about the event that you did not want to participate. At the end, please let us know how we are doing as a whole as well as any ideas you may have to help make us better.

 

Please answer by 8/18 if possible so we have everything to plan the year this weekend. If you can't, that is fine, answer when you can.
