• First Tuesday of every Month is our monthly Parent meeting. 6:00 PM at BUMC.
  • This is where we plan for the upcoming month. We would love to have everyone's input.
• Saturday February 17 – Blue and Gold Banquet, 5:00 PM BUMC gym
  
  • Our annual banquet and awards ceremony.
  • We will be having a baked potato bar with pulled pork for your potato if you would like.
  • Cost is $5 a person.
  • Each scout will receive a raffle ticket for the baskets. Additional tickets are available to purchase for $1 each or 25 for $20
  • Please RSVP as soon as you can so we have good numbers for purchasing food.

• Sunday February 18 - Scout Sunday, 10:40 AM BUMC
  • The Methodist Church does a great deal for our troops, crew, and pack. This is a wonderful opportunity to show our thanks. Wear your uniform and lets fill up the church (parent's and siblings welcome).
  • Meet at 10:40 AM in Reed Hall and attend the service from 11AM-Noon.
• Saturday March 2 - Lion's Club Chili Supper 5:30 PM BUMC Gym
  • Come support our Chartered Organization by eating some of the best chili in Benbrook.
  • Please have the scouts come in uniform if possible.
  • They will have a silent as well as a live auction.
• Saturday March 23 - Cowtown Cleanup ZBoaz Park
  • Help us clean up ZBoaz park. We will meet in the morning and form groups to clean the park for our community!
• Friday April 19 - Sunday April 21 - Spring Campout at Fort Richardson
  
  • We will be holding our Spring campout at Fort Richardson this year.
